Happy National Marzipan Day!

Marzipan is, hands down, one of my favorite treats.  I will eat it straight out the tube, but I do so enjoy the pretty little fruit-shaped ones that are sold, among other places, at Brocato's.

Brocato's is a place of magic, and while most of their goodies are not vegan there is plenty to satisfy, such as Roman candy, Italian ice made in-house, and the aforementioned marzipan.
